*to qualify for student registration, attendees must send a copy of their student card to: contact-oess@u-bordeaux.fr once registered. If no justification is received, registration will be cancelled.
Please note that as the number of participants is limited to 40 people, the organizing committee may decide to close the registration process before the deadline.
